This is a fun Yoga Class for All Levels.

9:15am Arrival starts to check-in, meet everyone, and warm up for class.  

9:30am Sharp YOGA Starts. 

It is one hour of Gentle Yoga, with Vinyasa Flows, with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra style final Savasana Meditation.

You can feel comfortable at any level from beginner, to advanced yogi, as the way I teach yoga allows you to take each movement as easy, or as advanced, as you want to take it.
